Better Alert E-Mails

Currently mails sent out alerting to ticket update etc are titled "GEANT 2 PERT Ticket : Status Update" and just say in the text:
"Ticket with given id=4 has been updated.
You can view ticket at: https://www.pert.geant2.net/pert/preTicketDetails.do?ticketId=4"

These alerts should include the title of the ticket at the very least, and perhaps some other useful informaiton as well (such as who raised it)
