For the week 25-29 Apr PSNC had to admit that their nominated CM, Szymon Trocha, had no time to give tothe PERT, and consequently nothing got done. It is likely that this has happened before (with other NRENs) but that it has not been so obvious (but look at PERT diary for a list of 'No progress today' reports). If no one CM can dedicate themeselves fully to the PERT then, if an NREN is providing one FTE for the week, they should provide two 50% CMs (but note, this really means 50%, not just pretend 50%). If NRENs are not able to do even this, we should consider out-sourcing the PERT CM function to a dedicated team, perhaps the GEANT2 NOC, or perhaps another group (an NREN NOC?)
