DS.3.5.1 - 'Performance Trouble Ticket Procedures'

DS.3.5.1 is being delivered under SA3 Work Item 5, 'Deliver PERT Troubleshooting Procedures', lead by PSNC. The target date for delivery was originally 1 Mar 05, but lack of resource has meant this was delayed. It is now planned for the deliverable to be complete by 1 May.
