User should be able to reply to emails received by PERT Ticket System: Reply, ReplyAll buttons.
Let's consider the following email stored as a note in PTS:

Message-ID : <Pine.GSO.4.62.0511171210590.23894@megahard>

Reply action should produce the following email structure:
From: Current logged in user (e.g. Bartosz Belter <bartosz.belter at man.poznan.pl>)
To: XXX yyy <aa@bbb.com>
Cc: PTS_EMAIL_ADDRESS
ReplyTo: PTS_EMAIL_ADDRESS
Subject: Re: [PTS:6] packet reordering tests

ReplyAll action makes sense only if CC: headers are also stored in PTS (should be!).
