Multiple Case Manager Assignments

Currently it's only possible to assign a Case Manager per day in the Pert Schedule. We think that it would be helpful if multiple assignments were possible. If such will be the case, it should be possible to specify who the primary CM is.

This should be given more importance, since the PERT now sometimes has two organisations serving as CMs.

Developer comments

Database schema does not have to be modified. PertScheduleChange^? class has to be modified to allow multiple assignment. Probably PertSchedule^? class also has to be modified to display schedules correctly.
