Wider Subject Field for the PTS

The "Subject" field in the PTS is limited to fifty characters. I find that this makes it hard to put in an informative subject, and would like the field to be inreased to at least 63 characters. The number 63 would correspond to e-mail conventions, where 72-character wide lines (63 plus the length of the string Subject: ) are considered reasonable.
