The major HEP list appears to be http://icfa-scic.web.cern.ch/ICFA-SCIC/ and Harvey Newman - Harvey.Newman@cern.ch has agreed to send our announcements to the list.

I went to Yahoogroups and found things like:

Although these may not be the correct target audience we are seeking.
