Provisioning System Delivery Plan

Road Map

The road map is as follows:

• M15 (Nov 05): PS v1 - (basic version - capable of supportig EGEE testing)
• M22 (Jun 06): PS v2 - MPLS features and basic Policy module
• M30 (Feb 07): PS v3 - JRA3-compatible, advanced policy module

Required Resource

Based on the road map, the estimated resources required are:

[Until end of Y1]

• M10-M12: PSNC 6MM, GRNET 3MM, DANTE 2.25MM

[Y2 + 6M]

• M13-15: PSNC 6MM, GRNET 3MM, DANTE 2.25MM
• M16-22: PSNC 8.75MM, GRNET 7MM, DANTE 7MM
• M23-30: PSNC 8 MM, GRNET 8MM, DANTE 6MM

Total for Y2+6M: PSNC 22.75Mm, GRNET 18MM, DANTE 15.25MM
(Original plan for Y2+6M): PSNC 5MM, GRNET 2MM, DANTE 8.8MM

The figures for Y2+6M are a lot higher than originally planned, but they are based on experience to date. Some of the manpower will be accounted for by carrying over unused manpower from Y1, but that will still leave a fairly large extra amount.

PSNC Resource

In accordance with Michal Przybylski mail of 2 Jun 05 11:25, PSNC agree to 23MM for Prov Sys in period of M13-30

GRNET Resource

In accordance with AfroditeSevasti mail of 31 May 05 15:40, GRNET agree to:

• M10-M12: GRNET 2MM (because August is mostly a holiday-month for GRNET)

[Y2 + 6M]

• M13-15: GRNET 3MM
• M16-22: GRNET 6MM
• M23-30: GRNET 7MM
