-- TobyRodwell - 07 Jan 2005 Although GARR was meant to be providing the duty Case Manager for this week, at a late stage it was noted that 6 Jan is a public holiday in Italy. When the full production PERT starts Case Managers will need to highlight any dates they know they will not be able to cover before the duty roster is set. Once the roster has been set then if the Case Manager wishes to change a duty day it is their responsibility to find a replacement (excepting of course sickness or other short notice emergencies).
