An email from SimonLeinen shed some light on NeustrelitzEsaSite, which is 600km far from Cologne, where is situated the access link to DFN. ESA was reporting an RTT difference between ESRIN and Neustrelitz, 22ms from IT to DE, 47 from DE to IT. A few trace hops from COlogne to Neustrelitz were missing due to private addressing, so the final destination seemed unreachable in the IT to DE direction and this caused a misunderstanding of the situation. The 20ms RTT Neustrelitz-Cologne could be caused by some congestion on the 600km link.

Wrote an email to Thomas.Ketchin@esa.int to ask the status of AsymmetricThroughput case. There has been no activity since Feb 3, I will update roundup with the last results.
