GEANT NOC (ticket #652625) reported low performance for data stream received by CERN from Karlsruhe(DFN) and CNAF through the MPLS's tunnel Karcern_Frankfurt_Geneva_LBE. The traffic from CERN to Karlsruhe and CNAF is correct. MarcoMarletta will write an email to CNAF asking for confirmation and further details of the issue.
