Hank Nussbacher (of IUCC) has noticed some strange packet loss results being recorded by the GEANT IPPM network monitoring that have been recently deployed in Frankfurt, Rome, Tel Aviv and Poznan. An example set of graphs, from the Rome IPPM's point of view on 11 November 2004, is shown at:
