Trust marks - comparable to some of our entity categories. Trust marks can come from outside our ecosphere. The trust mark is signed by the issuer. Trust mark issuer should be published in the trust anchor. And therefor be a subordinate of eduGAIN.
Who would be the trust mark owner?
Consider three four examples:
- Trust Mark: member of eduGAIN
- Trust Mark: authenticity of organisation has been verified by federation X.
- Trust Mark: organisation has met the standards required to assert Sirtfi.
- Trust Mark: an external example (erasmus? ISO?)
