The meeting will This meeting is now going to fully be held ONLINE. It was previously scheduled to be held in Yerevan, Armenia at Asnet-Am offices (1, P. Sevak str., Yerevan) on October 5. Online participation is possible. .

It will be recorded. A zoom invite will be shared with the registered participants.

Visa and airport Info

There is a 3 visa regimes to enter Armenia (Visa Free, Obtaining Visa Upon Arrival and Obtaining Visa Upon Invitations Only): https://www.mfa.am/en/visa/

All flights to Yerevan arrive at Zvartnots International Airport, ~20 minutes drive to the city center.

Transportation from airport

A taxi from Zvartnots to the city center should cost around 3000-4000 AMD (~6-8 euros). However, check the price before if you take the taxi! Many taxi drivers may not speak English. 

Ggtaxi (https://www.ggtaxi.com/signin ) is a good option. It is the Uber/Lyft alternative in Armenia. You can download the App on your phone and register your card.

Taxis are preferrable to public transportation. You can reach any corner of the city from the centre for about 5 euros.

Armenian currency is the Dram. Older generation speaks mostly Russian while younger generation mainly speaks English.

Communicating the impact of a project goes beyond merely sharing progress updates, and instead focuses on highlighting the tangible and intangible changes brought about by the project. The presentations will focus on how to use clear and concise messaging, selecting appropriate communication channels, and tailoring information to suit the specific needs and interests of the target groups.

We are looking for insightful presentations that highlight challenges and lessons learned - i.e. do you use an innovative tool/platform that supports your work in project comms? how do you deal with multi-lingual countries? how do you connect and communicate? how do you plan ahead?
