Session Aim
Session 4 aims to build participants’ skills of managing virtual teams by raising the level of knowledge, awareness and experience of coaching, communication and project management ideas and practices such as Team Communication Plan (TCP), (Peer) Coaching and Team Meeting Best Practice. The results of 360o Questionnaires are debriefed. This session also provides space for reflection and feedback about the MPiViT course as a whole.
Delivery
Online delivery. Prior to the session, participants need to make sure to have
- stable internet connection
- quite area for 1,5 hours
- meeting login
- headset
- log in 15 min prior to the start to test the equipment
Activities Overview
The session is delivered by experiencing a virtual team meeting setting (Adobe Connect) and sharing personal experiences of managing (or being managed in) virtual communication. It is the combination of participant- and instructor-led activities.
