Submit a ticket in SWD Service Desk

  1. Go to https://jira.software.geant.org/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10500 (project SWDSD)
  2. Select issue type. JIRA can be used to track many different types of issues related to different types of request. The currently defined issue types in SWDSD project are: Help Desk, Access and Incident.

  3. Select Next to go to next wizard screen. 

  4. Provide Summary (which is obligatory) and Description of your request. Please fill also other fields if it is possible.

  5. Select Create to submit issue.

Use the developers mailing list

We use developers@lists.geant.org to inform about you GN SWD Infrastructure changes and maintenance. If you have GN AD account which allow you to use SWD tools, you should be added to this list by us. If you don't receive that list email please let us know in SWDSD JIRA project. Go to https://jira.software.geant.org/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10500 and rise issue.
